Specialist and integrative psychological care for attentional issues (including ADHD), mood, anxiety and building resilience.
This practice focuses on helping people function at their highest possible level by combining the value of traditional psychological care with insights from modern neuroscience, biotechnology and digital therapeutics.
We take a whole-person, total-load approach. Rather than looking at a single symptom or measure in isolation, we consider the many factors that can influence how a person thinks, learns, feels and functions – including relationships, lifestyle, environment, culture, values, personality and, where appropriate, physiological and genomic factors.
Data and technology can provide valuable additional insights, but they never replace the importance of clinical judgement, relationship and connection. By bringing these perspectives together, we aim to create as complete and nuanced a picture as possible, supporting a more individualised understanding and treatment plan.
